On Friday, January 22nd, "The NSLS" app made its debut on the App Store’s Top Education Apps Chart, reaching #44 before the day was through.  As the official app of The National Society of Leadership and Success, “The NSLS” is designed to enhance the mobile experience for Society members.

The Society Job Bank, now powered by Symplicity, provides you access to a greater number of jobs by more employers both in the U.S. and abroad.

Last month, members of the National Society of Leadership and Success participated in a service exploration with True Nature Education.
A diverse group of students from 15 states, several of whom had never traveled outside of the United States, joined together to experience the rich culture of Costa Rica.  The group worked together as a strong and cohesive "family" over their seven days together, taking part in six service projects while traveling to three different locations throughout Costa Rica.

On Thursday, December 10th, 2015, The Historically Black Colleges and Universities Center for Excellence hosted The National Society of Leadership and Success’ Positively Impact Student Engagement through Leadership Development presentation in its online Behavioral Health Webinar Series. On November 19th, 2015, the Society chapter at St. Ambrose University was featured on the 10:00PM local news in Davenport, IA. Society members worked together at the Humility of Mary Shelter, making holiday cards and care packages for veterans as well as assembling special gifts for children in the local foster care system. In the KWCQ TV 6 clip below, St. Ambrose University Chapter President, Briana Carlson-Morales discusses their partnership with Together We Rise, an organization dedicated to changing the foster care experience for kids in the United States.


Congratulations to “Dream Support Grant” recipient Octavia Romano from the Society chapter at The City College of New York.

Pittsburgh born, Florida raised, youngest of three and uncle to six. I moved to New York City with my fiancé, Charlie, almost seven years ago and love it here. I love animals. I’m extremely close with my family and usually spend one weekend per month in Florida with them.
