ABOUT THE NSLS

The NSLS is the largest and only accredited leadership honor society in the US, delivering high-quality career resources and leadership development programs to more than two million members. Our guiding question is: “Are we helping the greatest number of people in the greatest possible way?" Let’s change the world together.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

WHAT TO EXPECT

During your virtual interview, our goal is to get to know you as a person to ensure we're the right fit for you and vice versa. During this process, you will: 

  • Receive an overview of the type of organization we are
  • Better understand our larger mission and where you’d fit in
  • Share your career journey and how you’ve developed into the professional you are today
  • Take a quick assessment that showcases your personality and work style
  • Meet the talent acquisition team and potential future colleagues in interviews

HIRING PROCESS

OUR HOLISTIC APPROACH

Meeting you over a video call is only one facet of the interview and hiring process. To get to know you better and ensure we're the right fit for you, we’ll ask you to: 

  • Complete a Career History Form to help us understand your professional journey to date
  • Participate in an online assessment to get a feel for your working style 
  • Provide references that can speak to your skills
