Dear Member,
I hope your spring semester is going well and you are enjoying an exciting new year of leadership learning and development.
As February is Black History Month, it is with great enthusiasm that we celebrate African Americans' most influential and historical contributions. This poignant, month-long observance reminds us that successful leaders have the power to shape the world into a more equitable place for all.The National Society of Leadership and Success is proud to champion diversity and inclusion throughout the year. But, we also want to recognize the specific importance of honoring Black History Month by highlighting prominent agents of change such as Frederick Douglas, Harriet Tubman, Dr. Martin Luther King, and more.
During this time of reflection, I encourage everyone to stay vigilant as we all strive for a future free from prejudice and inequality. Thank you for being a leader in this valiant effort.
Have a great February!
