Dear NSLS Family,

Fall is an often-overlooked time of renewal. Farmers bring in the harvest, the trees shed their old leaves, and school starts up again.

New Year’s Eve tends to get the intention-setting hype during the year; so many of us set goals on January 1st and then forget about them a month later, only to wait 11 more months to consider setting different goals. Autumn, though, can be another great time to wipe the slate clean and set some new intentions. This September, we invite you to join us in treating fall as a fresh start.

Whether you’d like to accomplish something at school, work, or home, take advantage of the clean slate that crisp, autumn air can inspire. I’d like to challenge you to set at least one achievable goal for the final months of 2023 - and don’t forget to share your successes with us!
