We offer four Summit passes. All passes include a full-access ticket to the virtual event.

We're excited to offer contests for a chance to win NSLS merchandise and a share of $10,000 in scholarships. Our Summit host will share how to enter these contests during the opening session and throughout each day. Attendees will also receive additional information at the email address they submitted during registration. 

No, the Summit is not included in your membership. The event is optional and requires the purchase of a ticket. 

No, the Summit is an optional event and members are not required to attend as part of the Induction steps. 

If you ordered merchandise through the Explorer Pass, Orbiter Pass or Infinite Horizons Pass by 5pm ET on October 23rd, you can expect it to arrive at your shipping address by November 7th*, just in time for the Summit.

For orders placed after October 23rd, we'll do our best to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. However, please note that it may arrive after the event.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact delivery date.

*While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee arrival as unforeseen product or shipping delays may occur. 

 

All attendees of the Summit need to register for the event. Although virtual, the Summit provides many opportunities to connect with other attendees, attend Zoom sessions, and win prizes/scholarships. Only registered attendees are eligible to participate in these offerings and more. 

We are working hard to finalize our speaker lineup and full agenda. We'll have this available soon. In the meantime, we can share with you that the Summit will be 11 am - 3:30 pm ET on both November 8-9. Optional sessions may be available after 3:30pm ET.  

You may register for the virtual Summit until 5 p.m. ET on November 6, 2024.  

Virtual tickets can be canceled and refunded no later than 5 p.m. ET on Friday, November 1.

You should expect to receive final event information by email approximately one week before the event. This email will provide the final information to prepare you for the event. 

You will receive access to the virtual platform approximately one week before the event. 

Emails with videos and resources to help you prepare to use the virtual event platform, how to participate, and more will be sent in the days leading up to the event. 

Tech Recommendations

  • Use a computer rather than a tablet or mobile phone for the best experience
  • Close all other programs and browser tabs 
  • Download and/or update Zoom to the latest version 

Other Recommendations 

  • Wear NSLS gear and share photos on social media participating in the event
  • Find a quiet, comfortable place to attend the event
  • Bring lots of energy and be ready to network 

While this event is virtual, we recommend either NSLS merch or business casual as you have the option to participate with your camera on during certain sessions. 

Transfers

Registrations cannot be transferred to another person.  To request a cancellation, please contact our Member Experience Team using one of the outreach methods found here


Cancellations 

  • Merch Items - Due to production and shipping times, merch items can be canceled or refunded no later than 5pm ET on October 23, 2024. After this date, cancellations will only be refunded for the cost of your virtual ticket.
  • Virtual Tickets can be canceled and refunded no later than 5 pm ET on Friday, November 1.

If you miss the cancellation window and cannot attend the live virtual event, you still receive full access to the Summit platform, including session recordings, which will be available the Friday following the Summit.

Join us across the country for an incredible 2 days that will inspire, motivate, and equip you with all the tools you need to take your leadership to the next level. Each session is packed with insights and information on key topics surrounding our central theme for 2022: Level Up Your Leadership.

We’ll teach you skills to embrace your fears and break through your limits as you train to become a stronger leader. You’ll hear from speakers on what led to their success, and the struggles they overcame. You’ll get to collaborate and meet new friends in breakout sessions. You’ll discover yourself, learn from each other, and dream together. But most of all, you’ll have fun doing it!
